This is a very easy tutorial, but it is not for BEGINNERS. I have assumed that you already know the basics of Paint Shop Pro.

To complete this tutorial you will need:
Paint Shop Pro

A gold gradient (save this in your gradients folder)

Let's get started...
Right-click on this red and white diagonal image,
and save it somewhere, then open it in PSP.
Find a picture you like, or use this one I have provided.

(Right-click on the picture, and save it somewhere, then open it in PSP.)
Make your background color a color that is not in your picture, or at least isn't a color near the edges. I used a bright blue. Add a border to your image, using the settings shown.
Your picture should look like this
Using your Magic Wand tool, tolerance 0, select the border.

Make your forground the gold gradient, using the settings shown.

Flood fill your selected border with the gold gradient.
Don't De-Select yet!

Unless your picture is very dark, you will probably want to add some drop shadow now.

Apply a drop shadow using the settings shown.

Then, change the Vertical and Horizontal offsets to -2, and apply the drop shadow again.
